Payment screenshots are reviewed by finance; uploading a screenshot does not by itself confirm payment. Product documents Where provided, reference certificates can be opened from the certificate library. A reference certificate does not establish that a future shipment belongs to that batch. Ask support for the documentation relevant to your order. Report a concern Contact support with the order number, product code and a clear description. Include screenshots where useful.
